Step 3 is arranging an appointment with one of our mortgage professionals to determine how much money you can borrow from our vast panel of lenders. We will conatct you to arrange a suitable time for this appointment.

Your borrowing capacity needs to be worked out first before you go house hunting so that you know exaclty how much you can spend on your new home. General calculators are not accurate.

To assist our staff, could you please have the appropriate information ready before they arrive, this will ensure faster results in less time with no need to search for items when our consultant visits you, he or she will advise you what you will need.

Apply for a loan
Step 4 Once we have found a lender who will give you the maximum amount of finance for your current situation, we will then submit the application form for finance.

Once we have established the amount of money you can borrow and you have pre-approval on the finance, you are ready to shop.
